Wedding Welcome Bag Sample Letter



creamy dessert from Italy, is very delicate and melts in the mouth. This recipe is perfect for me, I treat it as a base, I change only the fruit and add-ons.
recommend to use the leaves instead of gelatin powder. It is easier to use, no need to worry about the lumps, because dissolved ideally requires just prior soaking in cold water.




Ingredients for 4 servings:

300ml double cream 200ml milk

3 leaves of gelatine
3 flat
tablespoons sugar 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract or shelled beans with 1 / 2 vanilla pod

4 large handfuls of whatever berries (such as raspberries, currants blueberries, blackberries), frozen or fresh (frozen to be thawed before) + a few tablespoons of sugar

Soak gelatin in cold water for 10 minutes.

Remove from heat, add gelatin extracted from the water and mix. Pour into molds or cups. When cooled down, put it in the fridge for several hours and preferably overnight.
