Fusilli with mushrooms and walnuts

Very simple and tasty pasta with dried and fresh mushrooms, chopped nuts and cream sauce.
You can use regular mushrooms, I'd prefer to add the brown, because they have more mushroom smak.Ostatnio use only such ordinary no longer buy.
best to chop the nuts on the larger pieces are then more palpable.








2 servings Ingredients: 225g pasta

fusilli
20g dried mushrooms
4
brown mushrooms 50g chopped walnuts

150ml cream 1 clove garlic, sage leaves handful

25g grated Parmesan cheese 1 tablespoon butter

salt, pepper, dried mushrooms

pour boiling water and leave for about half an hour. Then drain, cut into large pieces.
Cook the pasta al dente.
the cream add the chopped sage and season with salt and pepper. In hot skillet
melt the butter, add sliced \u200b\u200bmushrooms, chopped garlic and soaked mushrooms.
After a few minutes, add the walnuts and fry for about 2 minutes.
Pour the cream, wait until it boils, remove from heat and stir in noodles odcedzonym.
Add parmesan, stir gently and serve immediately.
