Rolls Banana Bread wholemeal

Wholemeal rolls for a healthy and tasty start to the day. Crunchy on the outside and soft inside. Since I added myself to the provision of sunflower seeds and flax.

Mix flour with yeast, seeds, salt and sugar. Combine with butter.
Pour the warm milk, mix and knead the dough smooth and elastic.
Cover with plastic wrap and cloth. Set aside in a warm place until doubled in volume. When dough

cloth and allow to stand for 30-60 minutes to re-grow.

Bake 20-25 minutes at 220 degrees.
