Pasta with tuna, sun-dried tomatoes and olives

1 / 3 teaspoon paprika
pinch of chilli powder or a few-dozen drops of Tabasco
sea salt and freshly ground pepper

All blender mix ingredients. If pasta is too dry to add olive oil.
Serve with fresh bread.

viewing trends for spring / summer 2011 impressed me crazy mix of colors, both on clothes, as well as on additives and make-up. I liked so much that I decided not to wait until spring;)
Rules:
- colors should be saturated
- smooth fabric, no pattern

Bellagio Gay Crusin Spots

Rolls Banana Bread wholemeal

Wholemeal rolls for a healthy and tasty start to the day. Crunchy on the outside and soft inside. Since I added myself to the provision of sunflower seeds and flax.

Cover with plastic wrap and cloth. Set aside in a warm place until doubled in volume. When dough

cloth and allow to stand for 30-60 minutes to re-grow.
Sprinkle bread wholemeal flour and using a wooden spatula my hair.
Bake 20-25 minutes at 220 degrees.

Regarding this last cake I baked another monothematic and banana bread. The provision found in Maika (link below). It is very tasty and easy to prepare it does not even require the use of a mixer. It has a delicate, soft flesh and crunchy on top sprinkled with brown sugar and almonds.





250g very ripe bananas, mashed with a fork (about 2 large bananas)
250g plain flour 250ml sour cream

230g sugar (I gave 200g small brown)
2 eggs, beaten with a fork
100g butter, melted 1 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon baking powder 1 teaspoon cinnamon

30g chopped almonds + 40g of fine brown sugar (for granules are)

Sift the flour with the cinnamon and baking powder.

Ingredients for 4 servings:

300ml double cream 200ml milk

3 leaves of gelatine
3 flat
tablespoons sugar 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract or shelled beans with 1 / 2 vanilla pod

4 large handfuls of whatever berries (such as raspberries, currants blueberries, blackberries), frozen or fresh (frozen to be thawed before) + a few tablespoons of sugar

Soak gelatin in cold water for 10 minutes.
Milk, cream, sugar and vanilla extract Pour into saucepan. Insert a medium heat and heat until it is very hot, but not yet started to boil.
Remove from heat, add gelatin extracted from the water and mix. Pour into molds or cups. When cooled down, put it in the fridge for several hours and preferably overnight.
To remove the dessert from the molds, you should soak them briefly in boiling water.

Panna Cotta Spaghetti with tuna, pancetta and mushrooms

This recipe tempts me a long time, but a little afraid of him, as I prefer pasta with sauce. It turned out that quite unnecessarily, so as a result we were able to tuck in a quick and very tasty dinner.

Ingredients for 2 servings:


250g spaghetti 3 / 4 cup hot water 1 can of tuna
in gravy 50g
pancetty cured bacon or lean
1 handful of dried mushrooms 100g brown mushrooms
(chestnut mushrooms) 1 clove garlic

1 small onion or 1 / 2 more
1 red chilli
5 tbsp olive oil salt and pepper

Parmesan cheese for sprinkling (optional)

Dried mushrooms soaked in hot water.
Chilli, garlic and onion finely chopped (remove seeds from peppers.) Mushrooms cut into cubes.
Drain the soaked mushrooms (keep water) and chop.
Boil water for pasta together with the water from mushrooms (keep about 3 tablespoons) and a little salt. Cook al dente.
the deep pan, heat 2 tablespoons oil and fry the pancetta in the golden-brown color. Set aside. In the fat remaining in the pan to move the chili, onion and garlic and fry for one minute.
