Indian Canale Sat Frequency

Quesadillas with meat and red beans and a spicy garlic sauce



6 wheat tortillas tortilla
250g minced pork 1 onion


5-6 mushrooms 1 can of red beans
2 tablespoons tomato puree
spices: cayenne pepper, cumin , paprika, oregano, salt and pepper 2 tablespoons
ordinary olive oil in a frying pan

Heat one tablespoon of olive oil and toss the minced meat. Sprinkle them generously and fry all the spices. At the end add the tomato purée and fry for a while. Set aside.
diced onions and mushrooms in półplasterki. Fry together the remaining tablespoon of olive oil. Toss drained and rinsed beans and cook until it warms.

stuffing on half of tortilla and make a cake in half. Fry on both sides in a dry frying pan.

spicy garlic sauce: 3 tablespoons

thick Greek yogurt 3 tablespoons mayonnaise


2 cloves garlic 1 red chilli
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
salt, pepper

finely chopped chilli, garlic squeeze the smashed. Stir in yogurt, mayonnaise and parsley. Season with salt and pepper.
