Hip Replacement Which Leg Is The Short

Carrot muffins with oat flakes and raisins Chicken Quesadillas

My favorite muffins. They are healthy because they contain oats, brown sugar, nuts and plenty of carrots. The interior is very humid, so you stay fresh longer.





Ingredients for 12 pieces:

200g plain flour 50g oatmeal
+ small amount for sprinkling 1 egg

150ml vegetable oil 180ml milk

150g grated carrot on thick mesh (weight after peeling)
150g light brown sugar (fine)
30g desiccated coconut 50g

raisins 50g chopped walnuts
2 level teaspoons baking powder
1 / 2 teaspoon baking soda
1 / 3 teaspoon salt
1 1 / 2
teaspoon cinnamon 1 teaspoon orange extract and zest of half an orange

Sift the flour into a bowl together with baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. Mix the oat flakes, sugar, nuts and raisins.

papilotek and sprinkle with oat flakes.
Bake 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees.
